Kinetic parameters of this process as well as the microstructure and molecular characteristics of the synthesized polybutadiene were determined. Vulcanization and properties of rubber compounds based on chlorosulfonated polyethylene, polychloroprene, and its blends with butadiene acrylonitrile rubber containing both modified and nonmodified Karelite have been studied. Possibility of partial and full replacement of traditional curing agents by Karelite as well as higher activity of modified Karelite is shown.
