(P. 14). Effect of the silica dispersion degree on the promoting ability of a blocked polyisocyanate has been studied. Application of the silica filler of high dispersity results in the increase of strength properties of rubber/cord systems. Possible mechanism of this effect is proposed Key words: silica, blocked polyisocyanate, rubber/cord systems 2substituted Benzimidazoles in Elastomeric Compounds – Tuzhikov O.O. Tuzhikov O.I., Khokhlova T.V., Lukasik V.A., Orlova S.A., Zheltobryukhov V.F. (P. 16). Modification of elastomeric compounds based on BNR by 2substituted of benzimidazole (2septodetsilbenzimidazol and 2abietinatbenzimidazol), obtained by interaction of phenylenediamine with cisoleic and abietic acids in the presence of phosphoric acid, was studied. Effect on mechanical and vulcanization properties, heat resistance and thermal aging of the obtained elastomer materials in dependence on their composition is shown. M., Lunev V.P. (P. 23). The shaping of singleplayed steel cord carcass of radial tire from a cylindrical purveyance is modeled. Model is based on the applied theory of the materials reinforced by fibers, which determines its spatial character. Cooperating of carcass with a breaker belt and its consequent adhesion is shown. Keywords: cylindrical shell, steel cord, carcass of radial tire, onedimensional reinforcement, large deformations. Calculation of the Equilibrium Configuration of the BiasPly Tire – Mukhin O.N. (P. 26). The brief review of early works on calculation of the equilibrium configuration of a biasply tire is presented. In the framework of a model of a net shell the new algorithm of the calculation is offered. It opens the possibility to take into account changeability of layers number, effect of the rubber and force of inertia at rotation of the wheel.
