(P. 2 ) Process of coagulation of styrene-butadiene rubber SKS-30 ARK from latex with Capron fibers treated by sulfuric acid as fillers has been studied. The best results obtained at 0,3–0,7 mass % of fibers of 2–5 mm in length. Uniform distribution of fibers is achieved as well as increase of ageing resistance of vulcanized rubbers. Rheology Behavior of High-Filled Rubbers – V.I. Korchagin. (P. 4) Rheology behavior of high-filled butadiene and styrene-butadiene rubbers obtained from latex has been studied. Waste products of water preparation – crushed phenol-formaldehyde resins as a fillers are in use. Anomaly of viscosity is found connected with disruption of gel structure of rubber. Polyurethane Elastomers Based on Amidosuccenimides – Vasil’eva S.U., Kolyamshin O.A., Koltsov N. I. (P. 6 ) Physical and mechanical properties of polyurethane elastomers of different composition were studied. Addition of amidosuccenimides results in improvement of all properties. Polyurethane Elastomers Based on Hydroxyle Containing Mono- and Bissuccenimides – Vasil’eva S.U., Danilov V.A., Kolyamshin O.A., Koltsov N. I. (P. 9) Properties of polyurethane elastomers with mono- and bissuccenimides as modifiers at two- step synthesis were studied. Mechanical and electrical properties as well as thermo resistance of obtained elastomers are good enough. New All-Purpose Antiagers for Rubber Compounds – Ushmarin N.F., Koltsov N. I (P. 12 ) Properties of rubber compounds and vulcanized rubbers with new all-purpose antiagers have been studied. Vulcanized rubbers with these antiagers meet the requirements of specifications. Amino-Containing Modifier for Chloroprene Based Adhesives – Keibal N.A., Bondarenko S.N., Kablov V.F. (P. 17 ) Amino-containing oligomer modifier for chloroprene based adhesives (series 88) obtained as result of reaction between epoxy resin and bottom of aniline production is suggested. The addition of the modifier to adhesives result in improvement of adhesive properties. Modeling of Fibre Grinding Kinetics During the Processing of Rubber-Fibre Compositions on Milling Equipment – Solovyov M.Ye., Nesiolovskaya T.N., Kotusenko B.V., Raukhvarger A.B., Yazev V.A. (P. 19 ) The analytical solution of the kinetic equation of fracture of fibres is offered during the grinding in a shift flow at two various kinds of function of distribution of probability of destruction on length of a fibre: uniform distribution and distribution with a maximum of probability of destruction in the middle of a fibre. Method for Evaluation of Resistance of Polymer Films and Vulanized Rubbers to the Action of Destabilizing Factors – Lavrent'ev V.V., Tsoi B. (P. 22 ) Highly sensitive nondestructive method for the evaluation o resistance of insulating materials to the action of such destabilizing factors as electric aging, gamma-irradiation, alkali solutions and hydrogen sulfide vapors, etc. This approach is based on the estimation of ionization stability of the testing material. The Device for Complex Definition of Impact Parameters – Kopchenkov V.G.(P. 24) The design of the device for simultaneous determination of the depth and the time of introduction of indenter, common time of impact, as well as the force of impact and the resilience of rubber is presented. The temperature of a sample is under control. The time of returning of indenter is shown to be more than the time of introduction. This time is connected with hysteresis properties of rubber. Thermal Destruction of Worn-out Tires in Gaseous and Liquid Medium – Drozdovskii D.A., Razgon D.R. (P. 26 ) Review of data concerning recycling of worn-out tires by means of destruction of worn-out tires in gaseous and liquid medium. II International Conference on Modification, Degradation and Stabilisation of Polymers – Zaikov G.E., Minsker K.S. (P. 32 ) Review of papers presented on II International Conference “Polymer Modification, Degradation and Stabilisation (MoDeSt)” (30 June – 4 July 2002, Budapest, Hungary). IRC'03 Conference in Nuremberg (Germany) – Reznichenko S.V., Morozov Yu.L., Bukhina M.F. (P. 33 ) Review of papers presented on International Rubber Conference IRC'03 (30 June – 3 July 2003, Nuremberg, Germany). About the Structure of Boundary Regions in the System Brass Cover – Vulcanized Rubber – Shmurak I.L. (P. 42 ) Analysis of published earlier experimental data about composition of boundary regions on the surface of metal cord covered by brass is presented. Mechanism of formation of these regions is suggested. Grains of CuxS formed under vulcanization are of main importance. Measurement of the Time of Formation of Molecular Contact and Tangent of the Angle of Mechanical Loss of Different Polymers – Naumenko V.Yu. (P. 44 ) Effect of the polarity of elastomers on the time of formation of molecular contact τ and tangent of the angle of mechanical loss tg by means of quartz resonator. For unpolar rubbers τ and tg are less than for polar ones, however among acrylonitrile rubbers minimum τ is measured for SKN-26. Comparison of data for SKN-26 and SKN-26M as well as SKN-40 and SKN-40M shows that decrease of viscosity results in decrease of both τ and tg . About Effect of Products of Reprocessing of Waste Vulcanize Rubbers on Oxidation Resistance of Rubber Compounds with these Products – Markov V.V., Monakhova T.V., Popov A.A., Alifanov E.V., Resnichenko S.A., Kornev A.E., Kukushkin Yu.V., Samokrutova I.Kh. (P. 45 ) Oxidation resistance of waste tire rubbers and rubber compounds with these products has been studied by means of device with manometer at 150 °Ñ under oxygen pressure of 300 mm Hg. Oxidation resistance of rubber compounds decrease with increase of reclaim content even if oxidation resistance of reclaim is less than that of initial rubber compounds.
