Study of the Properties of Vulcanizates Based on the Modified ButadieneStyrene Rubber – Kurbanova N.I., Seidov N.M. (P. 11). The properties of vulcanizates based on the butadienestyrene rubber modified and structured by trichloroacetic acid and also their binary blends with polyisoprene have been studied. Higher mechanical and processing parameters, adhesion strength and thermal stability of vulcanizates of chemical modification in comparison with vulcanizates of mechanical one have been shown. Phenomenological and Mathematical Models of Process – Razdyakonova G.I., Surovikin V.F. (P. 24). Processing of ålectroconductive carbon black production is reviewed. The phenomenological model of porosity change of carbon black particles is described taking the approach that the porosity is formed during oxidation of the particles with gases of full burning of hydrocarbons in a reactor. The equations connecting product properties and processing parameters are suggested. The equations of mathematical model of total process are presented and adequacy of them to experimental results is shown. Key words: ålectroconductive carbon black, model of change of porosity, phenomenological model of particles, mathematical model of process. Grinding of EthylenePropyleneDiene Rubbers by the Method of HighTemperature Shear Deformation – Solomatin D.V., Kuznetsova O.P., Prut E.V. (P. 29). Monodisperse rubber powders with the predominant fraction of particles of 0.3150.63 mm in size was prepared by the method of hightemperature shear deformation from EPDM rubbers with different content of paraffin oils. Grinding of rubbers results in formation of particles of core of highdensity crosslinking, surrounded by a layer of lowdensity crosslinking. This gel fraction is of crosslinking density comparable with that of initial rubber.
