Raw Materials. Processing” – Pichugin A.M. (P. 2). Introduction to the issue devoted to XIV International Conference “Rubber Industry. Raw Materials. Processing” (19–23.05.08, Zvenigorod, Moscow District). Brief information about the subjects of the Conference. Some Aspects of Material Technology in Connection with Development of Tire Rubbers – Pichugin A.M. (P. 2). Interconnection of dynamic mechanical properties of rubbers and conditions of their testing with some important service properties of tires is under discussion. Effects of rubber types and fillers, especially silica, on rubber properties tested in selected conditions is shown. Current Reinforced Materials for Tires, Their Treatment and New Achievements in this Field – Shmurak I.L. (P. 11). Review of current types of cord, their dip and use as well as processing control. Analysis of the State and Trends of Development in the Field of Petroleum Oils for Rubbers and Rubber Compounds – Vasil’evykh N.Ya., Pichugin A.M. (P. 15). Review of current types of petroleum oils used in tire industry, their production and physico-chemical as well as ecological properties. Sources of Carcinogenic and Toxic Substances at Production and Service of Tires – Frolikova V.G., Donskaya M.M., Yalovaya L.I., Pichugin A.M., Vishnyakov I.I. (P. 20). Review of substances of different degree of carcinogenicity and toxicity connected with different stages of production and service of tires. Injection Moulding in Tire Industry – Veselov I.V., Lyubartovich S.A. (P. 27). Review of the possibilities of the use of injection moulding in tire industry Application of this processing to production of different special types of tire is shown. Possibilities of the use of this processing to production of different tire parts are under consideration. Prospects of the use of winding-injection in oligomers tire processing are under discussion. Commercial Realization of Production Processing of Injection Type Polybutadiene – Gil’manov Kh.Kh., Boreiko N.P., Akhmetov I.G., Sakhabutdinov A.G., Glukhovskoi V.S., Evtishina N.M. (P. 35). Information about the initial part of commercial realization of production processing of injection type Polybutadiene in JSC “Nizhnekamsk-neftechim” is presented. Properties and field of application of the new rubber are under consideration. The Role of Carbon Black in Formation of Strength Properties of Rubbers – Lyapina L.A., Ivanitskii M.A. (P. 38). Properties of elastomers filled with carbon black reflected interaction between matrix and filler have been studied. Connection of stress and strain corresponding to vacuole formation with dispersion of carbon black as well as strength and hysteresis properties of filled elastomer is shown. Comparison of combination of these parameters with properties of carbon black itself as well as strength properties of filled elastomer is presented. The nature of effect of carbon black on strength properties of filled elastomers is under discussion. Development of New Silica-Carbon Nanocomposite as Active Filler of Elastomers for High-Speed Winter and “Green” Tires – Tsekhanovich M.S. (P. 42). Results of study of experimental silica-carbon nanocomposite by means of electron microscopy is presented. Presence of SiO2 nanoparticles both in carbon matrix and on surface of compositeis is shown. 3,4-Polyisoprene. Properties of Rubber Compounds – Tverdov A.I., Otvalko Zh.A., Kuz’min S.V., Mironyuk V.P. (P. 45). Properties of rubber compounds based on 3,4-polyisoprene synthesized with Na-Mg-catalytic system are under consideration. Temperature of ά-transition increases from 5 to 55°Ñ and tgδ at this temperature from 0,9 to 2,0 with vinyl content. Temperature of ά-transition may be varied by mixing polymers of different vinyl units content (shown to be compatible) as well as by introducing extender oils. |
