(P. 2) Copolymer of dicyclopentadiene and sulfur obtained by copolymerization of dicyclopentene with sulfur has been used as vulcanizing agents for isoprene SKI-3.rubber of standard composition. The changes of vulcanizing properties and swelling are shown. Rubber compounds vulcanized by blends of this copolymer and sulfur are of satisfied mechanical properties. Polyurethane Elastomers on the Base of Oligoetherurethanediisocyanates and Modified Amino Alcohols – Kuz’min M.V., Vasiljev E.P., Bagrov F.V., Koltsov N. I. (P. 4) New modified amino alcohols have been synthesized and used as hardening agents of oligoetherurethanediisocyanates. Mechanical and dielectric properties as well as temperature range of rubberlike state of obtained polyurethane elastomers are quite good. Effect of reclaimed butyl rubber on the oxidation resistance of EPDM based crude rubber mixture and vulcanizates – Markov V.V., Monakhova T.V., Livanova N.M., Popov A.A., Ruban L.V., Alifanov E.V., Reznitchenko S.A., Kornev A.E., Kukushkin U.V. (P. 7) Effect of reclaimed butyl rubber on the oxidation as well as ozone resistance of EPDM based row rubber compounds and vulcanizates has been studied. Effect of Type of Oil on Properties of Tread Rubbers of High Silica Content – Azarova Yu.V., Kosso R.A., Vasil’evykh N.Ya. (P. 8 ) Effect of type of oil on the properties of tread rubbers of high silica content based on styrene-butadiene rubber of low styrene content (DSSK-18) has been studied. Presence of paraffin oil results in improvement of processing properties of row tread rubbers as well as hysteresis and aging resistance of vulcanized rubber. Presence of aromatic oil also effects processing properties and provide higher level of mechanical ones. Rubbers with paraffinonaphthene oil are of intermediate properties. The change of content of aromatic oil effects processing properties and don’t effect mechanical ones. Vulcazam and Vulcagen – Nondusting Types of Organic Vulcanization Accelerators – D’yakonova L.M. (P. 11) New nondusting types of organic vulcanization accelerators Vulcazam (instead of Thiuram D) and Vulcagen (instead of dithiocarbomates) produced by JSC “Khimex” are presented. Good compatibility with all types of rubber and high level of vulcanizing and physical and mechanical properties of rubber compounds are shown. Shungite as Mineral Filler for Tire Rubbers – Kosso R.A., Tolstova O.N., Shumanov L.A. (P. 12) Effect of new mineral filler shungite “Novokarbon” on properties tire rubbers based on styrene-butadiene and isoprene rubbers as well as properties of Novokarbon itself have been studied. The best ways of the use of this filler are recommended. Study of Process of Waste Gases Rejection under Vulcanization of Rubber Parts – Vlasov G.Ya., Suritsyn L.M., Chermenskii V.D. (P. 15) Process of waste gases formation and rejection under vulcanization of rubber parts of tires has been described by means of mathematic model based on equations of heat and material balances. Two exponential steps of rejection process in both slow and intense cases are shown Production of Rigid Elastic Roll Roofing Materials of High Contents of Reclaimed Butyl rubber without Vulcanization – Markov V.V., Monakhova T.V., Popov A.A., Alifanov E.V., Reznitchenko S.A., Kornev A.E., Kukushkin U.V. (P. 22) The possibility of production of rigid elastic roll roofing materials based on polychloroprene with high contents of reclaimed butyl rubber (90 phr) without vulcanization has been determined. Elastomeric Nanocomposites of Layered Silicates. I. The Structure of Layered Silicates, Structure and Production of Nanocomposites – Tutorskii I.A., Pokid’ko B.V. (P. 23) Review of up-to-date data concerning layered silicate of montmorillonite-type structure, methods of nanolayeres formation, their dispersing in polymer matrix and properties elastomeric composites. IRC'04 Conference in Moscow, (Russia) – Reznichenko S.V., Morozov Yu.L., Bukhina M.F., Kanauzova A.A., Lysova G.A., Bukanova N.N., Rudenko L.V., Chulyukina A.V. (P. 30 ) Review of papers presented on International Rubber Conference IRC'04 (1 – 4 June 2004, Moscow, (Russia). “Evroplastik” – a year on the market – Gromova A.V. (P. 47) Report about the press-conference devoted to the work of the company “Evroplastik” organized to sell polystyrene produced by OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim”. Leading specialists of OAO “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” reported also about the different polymers produced by this company, including different types of rubbers, and answered the questions. |
