(P. 2). Effect of composition of ethylene-propylene rubber of high propylene units regularity on the structure and properties of their covulkanized blends with butadiene acrylonitrile rubbers of different polarity. Structure and ozone-resistance have been evaluated by means of stress relaxation, density of interphase layers – by deviation from additive values of swelling in heptane. The higher is the polarity the lower is the ozone-resistance. Effect of parameters of interphase layers and vulcanization network as well as structure of ethylene-propylene rubber is shown. Physico-Chemical Changes of Tire Elastomers under Service – Shakhovets S.E., Shakhovets F.S., Bogdanov V.V., Kurlyand S.K. (P. 8). Changes of molecular structure of tires elastomers based on blends of isoprene and butadiene rubbers under service have been studied by means of comparison of contents and composition of sol/gel fractions, IR-spectra and temperature dependencies of tgd before and after service. Results obtained show that elastomers of worn-out tires are valuable row materials for reclaim. Properties of Rubber Compounds and Vulcanized Rubber Based on Butadiene Acrylonitrile Rubber Synthesized with the Use of Blends of Emulsifiers – Maskalyunaite O.E., Morozov Y.L., Sukhinin N.S., Zabolotskikh S.Yu., Bubenev V.A., Bukhtiyarova N.M. (P. 9). Processing and mechanical properties of rubber compounds and vulcanized rubber based on butadiene acrylonitrile rubber synthesized with the use of blend of potassium paraffinate and sodium sulfate have been studied. Positive effect on low-temperature properties is shown. Rheological Investigation of Styrene-Butadiene Rubber Filled by Carbon Containing Wastes – Korchagin V.I., Sklyadnev E.V. (P. 11). Deformation of styrene-butadiene rubber filled by exhausted active coal and two types of carbon black has been studied in capillary viscometer under different shear rate. Results obtained especially viscosity anomaly open the possibility to evaluate the rubber/filler interaction. Modification of Natural Rubber by Ozonolysis of Latex – Poluektov P.T., Vlasova L.A., Gusev Yu.K., Shutilin Yu.F., Grishin B.S. (P. 15). Modification of natural rubber at the stage of latex by controlled ozonolysis has been studied. The possibility to introduce the required number of high-reactive functional groups is shown. Increase of green strength of natural rubber after modification is shown. The Composition Control of the Novel Blends Based on the Natural Rubber and Bacterial Poly(3-Hydroxybutyrate). IR-Fourier Method – Markin V.S., Iordanskii A.L., Lyusova L.R., Potapov E.E.. (P. 17). The composition quantity analysis of the novel polymeric blends on the base of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) and natural rubber was carried out by IR-Fourier spectroscopy. The calibrating graph was plotted to connect optical density at 1740 cm-1 with film thickness. A reasonable agreement between spectroscopy and analytical data observed. This approach is useful for both the control of blending and estimation of physico-chemical factors’ action. Power Calculation of Disk Crushers for Worn-Out Tires – Veschev A.A., Plotnikov R.S. (P. 20). Design of improved crushers for worn-out tires as well as method of calculation of its processing parameters are presented. Properties of Materials Based on Particles of Rubber and Thermoreactive Polymer – Serenko O.A., Goncharuk G.P., Kechek’yan A.S., Meshkov I.B., Muradova U.A., Bazhenov S.L., Muzafarov A.M. (P. 25). Mechanical properties of materials consisting of rubber cramp of paricles from 50 to 1000 mkm mixed with small amount of oligoetheracrilats and epoxy resins have been studied. Addition of 10% of resins results in increase of mechanical characteristics of materials depending on rubber/resin adhesive interaction.
