(P 4 ) Effect of modification temperature on properties of cis-1,4-polybutadiene was studied. Copolymer of maleic anhydride and 1-hexadecene as modifier was in use. Effect of Hydrodynamic Motion Mode of the Reaction Mixture on the Thermomechanical Properties of Copolymers of Butadiene and Isoprene – Zakharov V.P., Mingaleev V.Z., Zakharova E.M., Zakirova I.D. (P 8 ) Method of copolymerization of butadiene and isoprene in presence of a titanium catalyst system at formation of the reaction mixture in pre-reactor tube of turbulent confuser-diffuser design is suggested. Presence of turbulence results in the change of microstructure of copolymer. As a result both glass transition temperature and temperature of flow of copolymers of 20% and 40% butadiene content became lower in average on 14 and 9○C respectively. Possibility of regulating of the strength and wear resistance of rubber based polymer friction materials by addition polymethylene-p-threephenyl ester of boric acid without changing of the basic technology of composites is shown. (P 16) The effect of fluoro-organic compounds on the properties of the elastomer compositions based on BNK are studied. The incorporation of modifying additives improves the heat resistance, resistance to the action of the liquid hydrocarbon medium, the abrasion resistance and reduce the relative compression set. (P. 24) Effect of various antioxidants contained in BNR on properties of oil resistant rubbers is studied. Properties of rubber containing Naftam-2 and Novantoks 8 PFDA as antioxidants are similar to properties of rubbers containing Wingstey-29 and Octolite-544CF. (P. 50) A set of empirical functions is proposed to adequately describe the dependencies of the parameters of nonlinear elastic properties of general-purpose rubbers. The calculated sets of parameters were used in numerical tire simulation including static loading, footprint analysis and also in design optimization procedures. Modeling of the Kinetics of Evaporation of a Mixture of Flame Retardants from Rubber – Dedov A.V., Nazarov V.G. (P. 54) Efficiency of the application of the well-known model for forecasting of evaporation of a mixture of flame retardants in rubber has been studied. The model is designed to predict the rate of evaporation, determined by the diffusion of ingredients in rubber. The model is limited by the change of temperature and content of the ingredient in the process of evaporation.
