(P. 2). Effect of polymerization temperature in the range from 20 °Ñ to 100 °C on the molecular characteristics of Polybutadiene produced over the neodymium versatate–diisobutyl aluminum hydride–hexachloro¬p¬xylene catalytic system was studied and quantitative information on the kinetic parameters of the process was obtained. Maximum polymerization rate was observed in the range from 40 °C to 60 °C, which corresponds to the maximum values of the chain growth constant and the active sites concentration. Thermal Degradation of Butadiene and Isoprene Rubbers in Organic Solvents – Andreikov E.I., Amosova I.S. (P. 4). Thermal degradation of cis¬butadiene and cis¬isoprene rubbers in toluene and petroleum residue, as solvents was studied. cis¬trans¬Isomerization and cross¬linking with formation of gel¬fraction take place at 250¬300 °C. Increase of the temperature results in reactions of polymer chains scission, double bonds consumption, cyclization and aromatization with formation of the liquid oligomeric products are started. The New Vulcanizing Agent “Sulfomax Plus” – Pichugin A.M., Safronova L.V., Titova T.V. (P. 9). The new vulcanizing agent “Sulfomax plus” based on the wastes of petroleum processing and hexachloro¬p¬xylene is developed. Its advantages are under discussion. Activation Action of Shungite in the Course of Vulcanization of Butadiene Acrylonitrile Elastomers – Shershnev V.A., Zhivina E.A., Morozov Yu.L., Reznichenko S.V. (P. 12). Activating action of shungite under vulcanization of both unfilled and filled butadiene acrylonitrile elastomers have been studied. The shungite activity in filled elastomers is less than that in unfilled, however the partial replacement of zinc oxide is possible. On Connection of Reinforcement of Elastomers by Carbon Black with Their Vulcanization – Nikitin Yu.N., Khodakova S.Ya. (P. 14). Connection of reinforcement of elastomers by carbon black with their vulcanization properties is under consideration. Imide of 2¬Sulfobenzoic Acid as an Ingredient of Rubber Compounds – Shilov I.B., Khlebov G.A., Vesnin R.L. (P. 15). Efficiency of imide of 2¬Sulfobenzoic acid (I) as stabilizer of rubber compounds based on styrene¬butadiene rubber has been studied by differential calorimeter and by accelerated aging tests of vulcanizate. It is higher than that of ionol. Antiscorching action of I is also shown. So I is recommended as polyfunctional ingredient of rubber compounds. Effect of Sorption¬Inactive Fillers on Oil¬Resistance of Silicone Rubbers – Mikhailova G.A., Babu¬ rina V.A., Kalmykova V.Ya., Deberdeev R.Ya., Kutyrev G.A. (P. 16). Effect of different types of sorption¬inactive fillers on oil¬resistance of silicone rubbers has been studied. The lowest change of strength properties and the best vulcanization is shown for rubber compound with quartzite (Sikron brand) and silicone oligomer modifier. Effect of Processing Additives on Viscosity of Butyl Rubber Based Compositions – Galimzyanova R.Yu., Makarova D.N., Makarov T.V., Khakimullin Yu.N., Vol fson S.I. (P. 20). Viscosity of filled butyl rubber based compositions with different processing additives has been studied in temperature range from 80 °Ñ to 120 °Ñ under shear rates from 1ñ¬1 to 700 ñ¬1. Effects of rubrax, alkyl phenol-formaldehyde resin and polyolefins are under comparison. Identification of Reaction Products of Zinc Oxide with e¬Caprolactam and Stearic Acid in Eutectic Melt – Puchkov A.F., Talbi E.V., Turenko S.V. (P. 22). Results of the study of the triple alloy of zinc oxide, e¬caprolactam and stearic acid (the basis of disperser and activator Dispractol I) by means of IR¬ spectroscopy are presented. Oligomers Obtained by Means of Interaction of e¬Caprolactam with Alcohols and Amines as Modifiers of Elastomer Compositions Based on Unsaturated Rubbers – Khitrin S.V., Tokarev A.A., Shekhireva E.G. (P. 25). Some oligomers were synthesized by means of reaction of e¬caprolactam with oxy¬ and amino¬containing compounds and their properties and chemical structure were studied. Some of them were used as modifiers of standard compounds of isoprene rubber. The efficiency of one of them as modifier of tire compound based on blends of isoprene, butadiene and styrene¬butadiene rubbers is shown. Effect of the Nature of Oligomers of SH¬End Groups on the Properties of Corresponding Hermetics – Kurkin A.I., Kulikov A.V., Valeev R.R., Samuilov Ya.D. (P. 28). Physical and mechanical properties and swelling resistance of compositions based on oligothiols of different nature has been studied and their comparison is presented. An Assessment of Wear Resistance of Tire Tread with the Use of Binomial Series – Klepik N.K., Tarnovs¬kii V.N., Klement ev D.S. (P. 30). Wear of tire tread has been measured in the course of laboratory tire test. Equation for dependence of wear on contact forces, obtained by statistical handling of data is suggested and their walidity is shown. Study of the Flow of Rubber Compounds in Multiplex Extruder Die – Gudanov I.S., Lavrent ev Yu.B., Goncharov G.M. (P. 31). The problem of multiplex extrusion is under consideration.
